  • Check returning items as per the condition checkpoints document (CCPD).

  • Select category/search item/select item
  • Renteez will perform AI based search on the item you are looking for in multiple categories

• Select Schedule

  • Mark renting days in a calendar
  • Select time to pick up item(s)
  • Make Payment to confirm rental

• Pick Up

  • Check condition of the item and checkmark as per CCPD
  • Mark item "picked up" after renter accepts the rental condition

• Return

  • Return the item on or before due date as per rental contract
  • Verify condition of the item and checkmark as per CCPD
  • Mark item as Returned
  • You will get deposit back within 5 Business Days
